How do I place an order?
Once you decide what product you need, you send us all of the details, we send you the quote. Then we get quote approval, we will send you an artwork proof. Then we get artwork approval, we start printing and set up a time for delivery, pick-up or installation.
Can I change an order after it is placed?
Any part of the project can be changed up until the artwork approval. Once we get artwork approval, we hit print and cannot change any aspect.
What format of logo works best?
For best quality of work, it is important to provide a vector-based file. If you do not provide vector-format work and we re-create the file, an extra fee will be charged. Please contact us for more information.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Are taxes charged?
Yes. Taxes will be charged upon the state of delivery. If your organization or company is tax exempt, please contact us for tax-exempt status.
